PRIMARY COVER
Each client has the option to provide Audette with a design for the primary cover to further personalize their VELOS in addition to the serial number of their bike.
BESPOKE DESIGN & PERSONALIZED FITMENT
Each VELOS owner has a design consultation where their own unique finishes, color schemes, and customizations are incorporated into their design. They are then fitted to their motorcycle by a Doctor of Physical Therapy to ensure non-fatiguing ergonomics for the perfect ride. Every Audette seat is handcrafted for the individual. Each client can select their own stitch pattern and select from a variety of the highest quality material or supply their own materials if they choose.
AIR INTAKE
The proprietary Audette-designed filtered velocity stack intake system provides increased volumetric efficiency, smoother airflow increasing power output. Along with the closed loop, ride-by-wire, BOSCH fuel injection system for the ideal throttle response.
RAM AIR SYSTEM
The VELOS utilizes a ram air system to funnel cool air over the top of the rear cylinder head to increase performance and reduce temperatures for increased rider comfort.
WHEELS & TIRES
Carbon fiber wheels wrapped in Pirelli Diablo Rosso III’s come standard to reduce unsprung mass resulting in superior road holding and grip for optimal on-road performance. During each client’s design consultation clients get to choose between ROTOBOX and BST wheels to fit their desired aesthetic.

The air-cooled, 49-degree, 2147 CC, internally balanced motor has monumental character with an unmistakable rumbling cadence. Our engines have been engineered to harness the monstrous torque to produce a linear torque curve giving you an instant response - putting power to the ground and rocketing you out of one corner, into the next.
Featuring a unit construction, with a compact six-speed overdrive transmission that utilizes constant-mesh, helical-cut gears for smooth shifting and quiet operation. A large-diameter, multi-plate, wet clutch and a lightweight aluminum basket for accurate clutch engagement and maximum power delivery every time.
Engineered from the ground up for real-road performance the VELOS’ frame, swingarm and geometry have revolutionized chassis characteristics for dynamic riding through your favorite roads. A 63.5-inch wheelbase with a sport-touring rake angle of 26 degrees, arriving at 4.31” of trail making everything about this motorcycle responsive. You will know exactly what it is doing by feel, it communicates with you, and very few things will match it.

AMERICAN SUPERBIKE GEOMETRY

CHASSIS
Engineered from the ground up, and CNC machined from aircraft-grade aluminum with custom titanium hardware, the VELOS’ frame is integrated with the engine as a stressed member which centralizes the mass for better handling and stability. Improving the overall performance and feel of the motorcycle.
EXHAUST
The VELOS benefits from its hand-welded, equal length, internally ceramic coated, 2-into-1 stainless steel headers, leading to a titanium/billet aluminum muffler. The equal-length headers offer the best performance of backpressure at the exhaust ports. The internal ceramic coating keeps the exhaust charges flowing with a higher internal temperature allowing for better scavenging, reducing the external header temperatures, and preventing exhaust ‘burn out.’
REAR SUSPENSION
The proprietary Audette monoshock swingarm design is precisely engineered to provide better torsional rigidity for optimal handling and ride quality. Every swingarm is 100% CNC machined billet aluminum, matted with client specific and fully adjustable how/low-speed compression and rebound damping, RaceTech G3S shock.

Every component of the VELOS has been engineered for optimal performance and weight reduction, down to the custom titanium hardware.
Weighing in at only 467lbs the VELOS has the highest power-to-weight ratio of any American motorcycle in production today. CNC machined from billets of aerospace-grade aluminum to exacting standards. Audette’s proprietary reinforced twin-spar C-Channel main frame and the radially reinforced front sub-frame lend themselves perfectly to agile handling, torsional rigidity, and confident power delivery. But you’ll really only understand what it is about when you can find somewhere to let the bike work for you.
